Website Design and Implementation

Design. Our designers will work with you to understand your design preferences and the business image you want to project, and then create a professional and effective design for your site.

Devices. Your website will be responsive. It will display properly on a wide range of devices, from the largest desktop display, to laptops, tablets, and mobile phones. This is critical, because more than half of all web traffic today is on mobile devices.

Maintainable. Your site will be built using WordPress, the world’s most widely used content management system. More than 39% of the websites in the world run on WordPress. Once your site is built. WordPress will allow you to edit page content, add pages, upload images and more. 

Accessibility. If you operate a business that is open to the public, or if you provide public services, courts in the United States have ruled that your website must be accessible to users with disabilities… and if it is not, you can be sued under the Americans with Disabilities Act. We will test your new website with the WAVE Web Accessibility Tool, developed by WebAIM and Utah State University, to ensure that all pages are error-free. We will also add an Accessibility Statement page with a link in the website footer.

Client Responsibilities. Client will be responsible for providing content for the website, including all text and any product, personnel, or location photos that are specific to the client.

We will provide additional stock photos and graphic design elements as needed.

We can also create infographics, charts and diagrams for an additional fee (not included in the standard package).

Website Design and Implementation Package

Our basic design package includes up to 8 pages, including a contact form.

For larger websites, ecommerce websites, or additional interactive elements, please ask for a quote.

Website Hosting

We can work with your existing web hosting company, using access information that you will provide.

If you are not satisfied with your current web hosting company, we can move your site to one of our preferred hosting partners, which provides secure, reliable, high-speed, business grade web hosting for WordPress websites. Ask us for details.

Website Maintenance

Our WordPress Websites are designed to allow you to make your own content updates and additions. However, if you prefer, our expert web design team can make updates and changes for you.

Website Updates and Security Checks

To keep your website running smoothly, we’ll install industry-leading security software. On a regular basis, we will:

• Check for any current security alerts and make sure your site is protected.
• Check your site’s performance.
• Run a security scan on the site to detect hackers.
• Update WordPress, plugins, themes, php, mySQL as needed; test site after updates.
• Check to ensure backups are running.
• Produce a report on our findings.

The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) gives consumers more control over the personal information that businesses collect about them. We will work with you to set up your ad campaigns, and monitor and tune the ads for one month. Thereafter, we can provide a monthly monitoring service to ensure that your ads run smoothly and are kept up-to-date.
