Fulfillment Policy

Goods and Services

Metro.Agency provides a range of services, including graphic design, website design & development, search engine optimization (SEO), ad campaign management, and marketing consulting.

We also provide printed goods, including business cards, letterhead, business collateral, menus, posters, banners, and signs.

Payment Processing

Payments can be made by check or credit card, or (with prior approval) using PayPal, Stripe, or Zelle.  All invoices and payments are in US Dollars.

Payment information that you provide for goods or services is handled securely, and we and our payment processing partners fully comply with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards when handling credit card information.

Refunds

Services

Metro.Agency provides custom design and creative services to its clients. No refunds will be provided to Client for work completed. The sole exception will be if Metro.Agency fails to deliver finished Work to Client as specified and agreed to in Client’s work order.

Clients may cancel services prior to completion of the project.  If a project is cancelled, client will be responsible for work already completed, plus a 15% project cancellation fee.

Goods

Refunds are available for goods (print items) only in the case of defects. Client must notify Metro.Agency of defects within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping

Print orders are typically drop-shipped from our suppliers using a wide range of carriers.  We will notify clients of available shipping options when orders are placed.
